NOVELTY - Processing semi-dry desulfurization ash, comprises (a) adding the metered desulfurization ash into the oxidation tank, adding water and stirring for 5-9 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide, continuously stirring for 30-40 minutes, and introducing air into the inner bottom of the oxidation tank during the stirring process to obtain a slurry; (b) pumping the slurry into the dehydrator for dehydration through the slurry pump to obtain solid products and waste water; (c) adding the composite treatment agent into the waste water, continuously stirring for 30-40 minutes, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-10 minutes, pumping into the separation device through the waste water pump to obtain the separated water liquid and waste residue; and (d) reusing the separated water, and treating the separated waste as hazardous waste. USE - The method is useful for processing semi-dry desulfurization ash. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively oxidize calcium sulfite and calcium hydroxide, can be converted into calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate, which can effectively and quickly convert the desulfurized ash of solid waste into profitable by-products, which can effectively reduce the content of chloride ions in wastewater, the composite materials of nano-manganese dioxide, nano-aluminum oxide, nano-silver particles, nano-zinc oxide, graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide are compounded into activated carbon, can effectively enhance the removal effect of chloride ions in wastewater, and can further strengthen the purification of the wastewater generated by the desulfurization ash treatment, and further improve the quality of the wastewater.
