NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 48-62 wt.% nylon material, 15-22 wt.% glass fiber material, 10-18 wt.% graphene material, 6-12 wt.% carboxy-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, 5-16 wt.% reinforcing material, 3-9 wt.% flame retardant and 4-10 wt.% compatibilizer. USE - Used as composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has increased use structure of nylon materials, toughening, thermal conductivity and flame retardant properties; is more stable and less likely to be damaged; and also has increased strength, improved anti-aging effect, and longer service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material, comprising (i) preparing nylon material, glass fiber material, graphene material, carboxyl-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, flame retardant and compatibilizer, placing into designated containers with graduations for sealed preservation, (ii) preparing nylon reinforcing material by mixing thermosetting resin reinforcing material, reinforcing agent, emulsifier, dispersant, regulator and sodium stearate, (iii) introducing nylon material, glass fiber material, graphene material, carboxy-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, flame retardant and compatibilizer into mixing device in sequence, carrying out proportioning by first introducing into a special proportioning measuring cup, and introducing two cups into device in sequence, after completing introduction, carrying out high-speed stirring and high-temperature heating and melting, (iv) preparing nylon reinforcement material, introducing nylon reinforcement material into proportioning measuring cup, performing proportioning, and introducing into mixing device, high temperature mixing with nylon materials, glass fiber materials, graphene materials, carboxy-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, flame retardants and compatibilizers, (v) introducing mixed nylon composite material into impregnation mold, waiting for specific period of time for fully impregnate and cool materials, and (vi) introducing immersed and cooled material into pressing mold of laminator, and performing molding operation by laminator, rotating in different shapes based on requirements of use, and carrying out shaping operation after material is discharged, and obtaining reinforced and toughened thermally conductive flame-retardant nylon composite material.
