NOVELTY - Graphite fluorocarbon long-term protective thin paint comprises e.g. component A having deionized water, wetting agent, substrate wetting agent, dispersant, modified graphene oxide, rutile titanium dioxide, molybdenum phosphate, superfine mica powder, cold pigment, defoamer, solvent, inorganic gel, rare earth modified water-based fluorocarbon resin emulsion, silica sol, ceramic powder, antifungal agent, FA-179 (RTM: Corrosion inhibitor), thickening agent, pH regulator, and component B having water-dispersible hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). USE - Used as graphite fluorocarbon long-term protective thin paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite fluorocarbon long-term protective thin paint comprises component A having 14-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.3 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.5 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 0.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 15-20 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. molybdenum phosphate, 3 pts. wt. superfine mica powder, 5 pts. wt. cold pigment, 0.2 pts. wt. defoamer, 1.5-2 pts. wt. solvent, 2 pts. wt. inorganic gel, 40-55 pts. wt. rare earth modified water-based fluorocarbon resin emulsion, 2 pts. wt. silica sol, 3-5 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 0.3 pts. wt. antifungal agent, 0.3 pts. wt. FA-179 (RTM: Corrosion inhibitor), 0-1 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. pH regulator, and component B having 5-10 pts. wt. water-dispersible hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). An INDEPENDENT CLIAM is also included for preparing graphite fluorocarbon long-term protective thin paint comprising (i) uniformly mixing deionized water, wetting agent, dispersant, defoamers, and solvent; (ii) uniformly mixing step (i) obtained mixture with rutile titanium dioxide, modified graphene oxide, molybdenum zinc phosphate, mica powder, cold pigment with stirring, allowing to stand, adding inorganic gel, uniformly mixing; and (iii) adding step (ii) obtained mixture to rare earth modified aqueous fluorocarbon resin emulsion, silica sol, substrate wetting agent, fungicide, FA-179 (RTM: Corrosion inhibitor), pH adjusting agent, thickening agent, slowly adding low-speed ceramic powder with stirring.
