NOVELTY - Graphene oxide film graphene oxide film involves preparing graphene oxide dispersion (204), and then immersing glass substrate (202) on which an indium tin oxide thin film (200) connected to an anode of a power source in the prepared graphene oxide dispersion. A graphite plate connected to a cathode of the power source is immersed in the graphene oxide dispersion. The graphene oxide thin film is deposited by different the thickness according to time of applying the voltage to the power source. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene oxide film used as hole injection layer or precursor transport layer in organic electro-luminescent device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures the graphene oxide film in a simple and cost-effective manner with uniform thickness, large surface area, improved safety by avoiding use of toxic chemicals, improved physical characteristics including working function, conduction band and valence band, and increases efficiency and lifetime of the organic electro-luminescent device.
