▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A lithium sulfur battery cathode material based on phosphate-doped graphene supported nickel phosphide material is prepared by taking graphene oxide and surfactant, stirring to obtain dispersion liquid, taking nickel source, alkali liquid and distilled water, stirring to obtain salt solution, adding salt solution to dispersion liquid, stirring, reacting, filtering, freeze drying, adding phosphorus source, calcining, adding sublimed sulfur, grinding, melting, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing lithium sulfur battery cathode material based on phosphate-doped graphene supported nickel phosphide material. ADVANTAGE - The product has three-dimensional space structure, has remarkable confinement effect and inhibits lithium polysulfide shuttle effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium sulfur battery cathode material based on phosphate-doped graphene supported nickel phosphide material is prepared by taking 10-1000 mL of 0.2-10 mg/mL graphene oxide and 1-200 mg surfactant, stirring to obtain dispersion liquid, taking 10-1000 mmol nickel source, 10-1000 mmol alkali liquid and 5-50 mL distilled water, stirring to obtain salt solution, adding salt solution to dispersion liquid, stirring for 5-100 minutes, reacting for 6-24 hours at 140-250 degrees C, filtering, freeze drying, adding phosphorus source, calcining under inert atmosphere at 250-800 degrees C for 1-12 hours, adding sublimed sulfur, grinding, melting at 120-250 degrees C for 5-24 hours under inert atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature.
