USE - Fabrication of PTFE CNT composite material used in electricity, electronics, telecommunications, automobiles, medical care, and aviation. ADVANTAGE - The PTFE CNT composite material has electrical conductivity at low electrical resistance band while maintaining properties of PTFE. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A PTFE CNT composite material is fabricated by preparatory step of heating the stirring chamber at 30-60 degrees C; raw material input step of introducing and mixing 10-30 wt.% PTFE powder, 1-10 wt.% CNT mixture, and lithium bromide in NMP, which is a polar organic solvent, in stirring chamber, based on 100 wt.%; first stirring step of stirring for a time proportional to the total amount of raw materials introduced while adjusting the temperature and pressure of the stirring chamber within a preset range; when the viscosity in the stirring chamber reaches 3000-5000 CPS, a function control agent which is 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. mixture of vinylidene fluoride and perfluoro-1,3-dioxole in a weight ratio of 1:1, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (C18H24N2) and 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. titanium(IV) dioctyl phosphate 2,2-bis((allyloxy)methyl)-1-butanolate(1:3:1) (Ti(IV) C60H123O15P3) are injected based on 100 pts. wt. polar organic solvent; second stirring step of stopping by reacting and stirring for 30-60 minutes after adding the function control agent; organic solvent removal step of removing the liquid organic solvent after secondary stirring; dispersing and stirring a physical property enhancer after removing the organic solvent; and low-temperature drying step of producing a composite material in which CNT is synthesized in PTFE by drying the dispersion in which the physical property enhancer is dispersed at a low temperature. The physical property enhancing agent is 4 wt.% tridecyl alcohol alcoholsylate, 25 wt.% graphene powder, 5 wt.% vanadium fluoride (VF2), 2.5 wt.% 2-acrylamino-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 3.5 wt.% diethylhydroxylamine, 2.5 wt.% hydrolyzed keratin, 2.5 wt.% pyromethic acid and balance deionized water.
