▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Invention relates to the field of optical oxide nanoceramics technology based on alumomagnesium spinel (MgAl2O4) obtained under thermobaric quenching conditions, and can be used as a functional material of optoelectronics and photonics devices, such as a spectrally tunable phosphor, a working substance for pc-WLEDs (phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes), the production of optical sensors of sensors sensitive to the UV spectral range. The initial nanopowder of alumomagnesium spinel, obtained as a result of co-deposition from solutions of magnesium and aluminum nitrates, is degassed and mixed with graphene in a ratio of 1000:1. The resulting mixture is encapsulated in platinum foil and subjected to a comprehensive thermobaric effect at temperatures from 550 to 600C in the pressure range from 2 to 8 GPa for 10 minutes. USE - Nanotechnology. ADVANTAGE - Selection of optimal initial components and modes of the thermobaric exposure method for obtaining luminescent transparent MgAl2O4 nanoceramics. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex, 5 dwg
