▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Expandable polystyrene (EPS) flame-retardant thermal insulation wall board comprises 50 parts mass polystyrene, 30-40 parts mass melamine, 60-80 parts mass formaldehyde aqueous solution, 5-10 parts mass graphene powder, 15-20 parts mass pullulan, 4-6 parts mass magnesium sulfate solution, 3-5 parts mass barium stearate, 3-5 parts mass magnesium oxide, 3-5 parts mass talc powder, and 3-5 parts mass antioxidant. USE - As EPS flame-retardant thermal insulation wall board. ADVANTAGE - The EPS flame-retardant thermal insulation wall board utilizes the excellent flame retardancy of the melamine formaldehyde resin and the high oxygen barrier property of pullulan to synergistically improve the flame retardancy of the EPS wall panel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing EPS flame-retardant thermal insulation wall panel comprising (a) blending polystyrene, graphene powder, and magnesium sulfate solution, stirring evenly, extruding and pelletizing to obtain graphene EPS masterbatch, (b) adding the aqueous formaldehyde solution and melamine into the reaction kettle, stirring and reacting for 15-30 minutes in the temperature of 70-90 degrees C, and cooling to obtain the melamine-formaldehyde resin, (c) blending the graphene EPS masterbatch, melamine formaldehyde resin, pullulan, barium stearate, magnesium oxide, talc powder and antioxidants, stirring and mixing, pouring into the wall panel mold, forming by hot pressing, and obtaining the product after removing the mold.
