NOVELTY - The cartridge has a cylindrical housing cap (210) with a hollow inside. A housing central hole (212) is formed through upper center of housing cap, and a protrusion (211) having a through hole communicate with inside is formed in lower central portion to protrude outward. An edge groove (215) in which edge O-ring (216) is mounted is formed on outer edge of housing cap. A drain partition (220) in which a drain hole (221) is formed is provided at an inner lower end of housing cap. The combustion promoting unit (100) coupled by a jig (230) to a space of 8 mm to 12 mm is formed between fuel filter and inner wall surface of housing cap. 2-5 parts by weight of graphene is diluted in 200ml of water, and 30-40 parts by weight of silicate mineral powder in the graphene powder diluted solution. 15 to 20 parts by weight of powder of tourmaline mineral and 50 to 60 parts by weight of biotite are mixed and kneaded, and kneaded mixture is calcined at a temperature of 1100 to 1180 degrees C. USE - Cartridge for internal combustion engine of automobiles and ships. ADVANTAGE - The cartridge reduces surface tension of fuel by optimizing natural vibration frequency of fuel, and increases combustion efficiency by mixing with air sucked in during combustion to make combustion work well. The cartridge reduces exhaust emissions and fuel efficiency by increasing combustion efficiency of fuel and reducing generation of air pollutants such as carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides.
