NOVELTY - Preparation of building decorative wood-plastic board from broadband electromagnetic waves involves dissolving 30-35 pts. wt. chitosan in 100-150 pts. wt. acetic acid solution, adding 10-15 pts. wt. graphene to obtain spinning dope, performing wet spinning wire to obtain graphene-loaded hollow chitosan fibers, mixing nickel nitrate hexahydrate and iron nitrate hexahydrate into precursor solution to form mixed solution, adding 30-40 pts. wt. graphene-loaded hollow chitosan fibers to 80-100 pts. wt. mixed solution, dispersing, titrating the mixed solution with sodium hydroxide solution to form slurry, washing, drying, cooling to obtain tubular spinel ferrite embedded with graphene, adding 13-16 pts. wt. graphene-embedded tubular spinel type ferrite and 0.5-1 pt. wt. silane coupling agent to 16-19 pts. wt. dried and ground wood powder particles, mixing material containing 34-52 pts. wt. PVC resin, 3-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, and 5-8 pts. wt. masterbatch, extruding, and molding. USE - Preparation of building decorative wood-plastic board from broadband electromagnetic waves. ADVANTAGE - The method strengthens the reflection loss of electromagnetic waves, overcomes the shortcomings of low ferrite dielectric loss and large areal density, is conducive to broadening the frequency band, and shows microwave absorption performance. The prepared wood-plastic board prepared is light weight, and has excellent shielding effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of building decorative wood-plastic board from broadband electromagnetic waves involves (1) dissolving 30-35 pts. wt. chitosan in 100-150 pts. wt. acetic acid solution, adding 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, stirring by ultrasonically processing to evenly disperse to obtain spinning dope, performing wet spinning wire, spraying through double-loop sleeve-shaped spinneret to obtain graphene-loaded hollow chitosan fibers, (2) mixing nickel nitrate hexahydrate and iron nitrate hexahydrate into precursor solution having concentration of 15 %mass to form mixed solution, taking 80-100 pts. wt. mixed solution, adding 30~40 pts. wt. graphene-loaded hollow chitosan fibers obtained in the step (1), ultrasonically processing to disperse, titrating the mixed solution with sodium hydroxide solution until pH reached to 11 to form slurry, washing the resulting slurry to neutralize, drying at room temperature, switching to muffle roasting in the furnace, cooling to room temperature to obtain tubular spinel ferrite embedded with graphene, (3) adding 13-16 pts. wt. graphene-embedded tubular spinel type ferrite and 0.5-1 pt. wt. silane coupling agent to 16-19 pts. wt. dried and ground wood powder particles, mixing, stirring, adding 34-52 pts. wt. PVC resin, 3-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 8-12 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium zinc stabilizer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. impact modifier, 0.5-1 pt. wt. lubricant and 5-8 pts. wt. masterbatch, mixing for 8-10 minutes, transferring the mixture to the twin screw extruder for melt blending, extruding, and molding.
