NOVELTY - Direct blow of high-resistance composite plastic comprises e.g. ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silicon dioxide aerogel, graphene compound plastic, high density polyethylene, which is prepared by preparing surface-modified graphene oxide, then with ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silicon dioxide aerogel according to a certain proportion, and adding high-density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride grinding and dispersing, mixing, extruding and pelletizing to obtain the direct blow of high-resistance composite plastic. USE - Used as direct blow of high-resistance composite plastic. ADVANTAGE - The direct blow of high-resistance composite plastic is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Direct blow of high-resistance composite plastic comprises ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silicon dioxide aerogel, graphene compound plastic, high density polyethylene, which is prepared by preparing surface-modified graphene oxide, then with ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silicon dioxide aerogel according to a certain proportion, and adding high-density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride grinding and dispersing, mixing, extruding and pelletizing to obtain the direct blow of high-resistance composite plastic and high density polyethylene and antioxidant comprise (1) adding a certain amount of dispersing graphite oxide in de-ionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment, taking a certain amount of cationic surfactant, dissolving them in deionized water, after fully mixing, slowly adding the graphite oxide dispersion, raising the temperature to 60 degrees C, magnetic stirring, and filtering, washing with water and drying, and adopting pulse ultrasonic in the constant temperature water bath of 20 degrees C, the surface modified graphite into graphene, the layer number is 3-10 layers of graphene product, (2) providing the graphene with the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and silicon dioxide aerogel into grinder dispersing according to a certain proportion, and adding a certain amount of high density polyethylene graft maleic anhydride at a certain rotating speed and low temperature grinding and homogenizing, (3) grinding material and high density polyethylene to the high-speed mixing machine according to a certain proportion, and adding a certain amount of antioxidant, mixing uniformly under a certain rotating speed and temperature, and extruding and granulating in the extruder to obtain the direct blow of high- resistance composite plastic.
