▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Multifunctional graphene-containing fibre comprises 1-5 wt.% polyurethane fiber, 20-40 wt.% graphite fiber, 10-40 wt.% multi-functional polyester fiber and nylon fiber. USE - Multifunctional graphene-containing fiber. ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional graphene-containing fiber has improved microcirculation, antibacterial, antistatic, heating and insulating properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing multifunctional graphene-containing fiber, which involves : (A) esterifying guanidinoacetic acid and pentaerythritol in a reaction vessel under the protection of nitrogen, copper sulfate pentahydrate as catalyst, sodium acetate as ether agent and triphenyl phosphate as anti oxidant at 255-265 degrees C under a pressure of 0.2-0.35 megapascal for 1.0-1.5 hours; (B) removing water at 270 degrees C after esterification reaction under a pressure of 500 pascal for 0.5-1.0 hours to obtain multifunctional particles, where molar ratio of guanidinoacetic acid and pentaerythritol is 3.5:1-3.99:1; (C) mixing water as dispersing agent, obtained multifunctional particles, far infrared ceramic powder and tea powder to obtain pasty slurry; and (D) grinding obtained pasty slurry at high speed to obtain far infrared ceramic reagent, where mass ratio of multifunctional particles and water is 25:100-45:100, mass ratio of tea charcoal powder to water is 35:100-45:100 and ratio of far-infrared ceramic powder to water is 30:100-45:100.
