NOVELTY - The splitter has lower layer microstrip lines of the scattering type which are not in contact with the circular zigzag structure and are indented alternately. A circular graphene film (17) with a square resistance of 500 Ohm is applied to the circular zigzag structure and covers the staggered V-shaped gap. The V-shaped gap covered by the graphene film is equivalent to the isolation resistance. The total power from the input port access and output from the N output ports, form a graphene film based on double layer micro-strip multiway power splitter. USE - Double microstrip multi-channel power splitter applicable to phased array radar, antenna feeder system, power amplifier and microwave device. ADVANTAGE - The double microstrip multi-channel power splitter combined with the PCB process and the laser etching process has ability to realize one-time molding, shorten the processing time and increase the production efficiency, realize the miniaturization of the planar structure power splitter, and facilitate integration, and are suitable for mass production. The power divider has higher reliability. The working frequency is easy to expand to millimeter wave band.
