The conductive cloth is blend using polyester fiber and carbon nano fiber to blend and obtain conductive cloth. The conductive cloth is subjected to pre-processing, blowing and washing the conductive cloth surface, then sequentially, drying, dehumidifying operation, and removing the conductive cloth surface impurity. The conductive cloth plating is carried out by sequentially laying a layer of metal nickel and layer of metal copper on the surface of the conductive cloth after pre-processing by electroplating process. USE - Method for producing conductive foam. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of effectively improving the conductive foam, heat conduction and buffer performance, and low production cost.
