NOVELTY - The method involves adding the silicon-containing compound to the acid solution. The reaction is stirred in an ice bath, and dried in a vacuum to obtain product A. The graphene is dispersed in water. The graphene suspension is obtained. The product A is joined in graphene suspension, ultrasonic and stirring reaction, to obtain suspension B. The suspension B is added into the aqueous solution containing the high polymer. The reaction is ultrasonically stirred, suction filtration, and drying are performed to obtain the self-assembled sheet C. The sheet C is sintered in a vacuum or an inert atmosphere. USE - Preparation method of self-assembled silicon-carbon composite material used in commercial lithium ion battery cathode. ADVANTAGE - The silicon-based materials and graphene materials are utilized, high polymers is introduced at the same time, a self-assembled silicon-carbon composite material is built through electrostatic force, and the overall conductivity and stability of the composite material is improved. Electrochemical tests show that the self-assembled silicon-carbon composite material prepared has good intercalation and deintercalation ability of lithium ions and high capacity.
