▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-type carbonized nitrogen-loaded nano-zero-valent iron composite material, involves (a) heating urea powder, maintaining the temperature, and naturally cooling to obtain graphitic carbon nitride, (b) dispersing obtained graphitic carbon nitride in ferric chloride solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain suspension, and continuously introducing high-purity nitrogen in whole process, (c) dissolving sodium borohydride with strong reducing agent in deionized water, (d) dripping sodium borohydride solution to suspension while stirring, and continuously introducing high-purity nitrogen, stopping dripping process when color of mixed liquid is changed from dark orange to dark gray, and generating graphene-type carbonized nitrogen-loaded nano-zero-valent iron composite material at moment, and (e) centrifuging mixed solution using centrifugation to obtain dark gray nanoparticles, washing with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and storing in ethanol. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene-type carbonized nitrogen-loaded nano-zero-valent iron composite material for removing heavy metal lead ions from water (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the stability of nano zero-valent iron particles, and prolongs the reactivity.
