NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene elastic mesh cloth reinforced carbon fiber fishing rod, involves (1) dispersing 1-5 pts. wt. expanded graphite in dispersant-containing solvent to obtain graphene dispersion, solvent is deionized water, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and dimethylformamide, dispersant is carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium dodecyl sulfate, polyvinylpyrrolidone or BYK-163 (RTM: High molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive), (2) leaving graphene dispersion still, taking upper stable dispersion and spray-drying to obtain exfoliated graphene powder, (3) dispersing graphene powder in one-component thermoplastic elastomer polyurethane resin to obtain slurry, spraying slurry on grid-like polypropylene plate, setting with graphene elastic mesh, (2) spreading graphene elastic mesh cloth on release paper coated with epoxy resin, laying carbon fiber pre-impregnated with sizing agent on graphene elastic mesh cloth and molding, (3) cutting carbon fiber cloth and curing. USE - Preparation of graphene elastic mesh cloth reinforced carbon fiber fishing rod. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene elastic mesh cloth reinforced carbon fiber fishing rod with increased weight and reduced defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - In step (1), the weight of dispersant is 30-80 wt.% of expanded graphite. In step (3), the weight ratio of graphene and elastic resin is 1:(100-1000), the mesh of grid-like polypropylene plate is square with side length of 0.1-3 mm, the network cable width is 0.01-0.05 mm and the coating thickness is 0.1-5 mu m and the elongation rate of elastic resin is 150-300%.
