NOVELTY - Preparing graphene chloride material comprises placing metal film on target table of MOCVD system cavity, vacuumizing to less than 10-4 Torr, introducing hydrogen and argon gas, where the gas flow is 50-100 sccm, the target temperature is 800-1100degrees Celsius, stopping introducing hydrogen and argon gas, introducing methane, where gas flow 25-50 sccm, the reaction time is 0.5-3 hours, stopping introducing methane, introducing chlorine gas flow 30-70 sccm under visible light irradiation, where the target temperature is 550-750degrees Celsius, the reaction time is 0.5-2 hours, stopping introducing chlorine, cooling to room temperature at rate of 5-20degrees Celsius/second. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene chloride material used for invisible space solar cell assembly in space aircraft including satellites and great role in national defense, economy, science and technology. ADVANTAGE - The material has wide spectrum transparency, low surface density, good wave absorbing performance and strong environment adaptability.
