NOVELTY - The light-emitting device, has a heat dissipation frame (1) and an LED chip (2), where at least part of the LED chips are arranged in the heat dissipation frame. The heat dissipation frame has a three-dimensional polygonal frame structure. The material of the heat dissipation frame comprises metal and/or graphene. USE - Light emitting device for use in a display panel of a display device (all claimed) i.e. preferably micro LED or milli micro LED. ADVANTAGE - The light-emitting device utilizes the heat dissipation frame to dissipate the heat generated by the LED chip, thus reducing the aging speed of the LED and increasing the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation method of the light-emitting device; and (2) a display panel.
