NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene comprises adding chloride solution into graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing to prepare graphene oxide-chloride mixed liquid, adding carbonate liquid, conducting neutralization reaction to prepare graphene oxide-carbonate precipitation complex, placing in a reaction kettle, conducting hydrothermal reaction to form graphene oxide-carbonate gel, freeze drying to obtain graphene oxide-carbonate solid, adding acid solution, reacting, adding reducing agent, conducting reduction reaction, washing and freeze drying to obtain the product. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene (claimed) used e.g. for thermal composite material, energy storage material and absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation and low cost and provides three-dimensional graphene with high conductivity and large specific surface area.
