NOVELTY - Preparation of polyurethane resin involves (A) mixing 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 800-1000 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide and 1-8 pts. wt. 3,5-diyl-2,4-toluenediamine, stirring to obtain aminated graphene oxide, (B) dispersing 2-5 pts. wt. aminated graphene oxide in 10-20 pts. wt. diamine, stirring to obtain curing agent, (C) mixing 20-30 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 70-85 pts. wt. diol, heating, stirring to obtain isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, (D) mixing polyurethane prepolymer and curing agent in a mass ratio of 100:10-100:20, stirring, baking and curing. USE - Preparation of polyurethane resin used for preparing synthetic leather (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane resin is solvent-free and improves the peel strength, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and antistatic properties of synthetic leather. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of synthetic leather which involves dispersing diamine, aminated graphene oxide, solvent-free color paste, uniformly mixing, adding to polyurethane prepolymer, coating on release paper, reacting at 110-130 degrees C for 5-10 minutes to obtain polyurethane surface layer, pressing the cloth base at 140-160 degrees C, cooling, removing the roll and peeling off the release paper.
