NOVELTY - A graphene-modified rubber composition comprises 80-95 pts. wt. natural rubber, 5-20 pts. wt. solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 35-70 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. The graphene dispersion comprises graphene and a dispersant in a weight ratio of 2-4:1. USE - Composition used in manufacture of graphene-modified rubber composite material for upper tread and lower tread of aircraft tire (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition provides composite material having strength increased by 7%, electrical conductivity increased by 100 times, abrasion characteristics improved by 1 time, excellent heat dissipation performance, static conductive performance, wear resistance, low fuel consumption and low carbon emission properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene-modified rubber composite material, which involves (S1) mixing graphene, dispersant and deionized water, and homogenizing to obtain graphene dispersion, (S2) mixing and stirring the graphene dispersion with natural rubber latex, flocculating, and drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide (RGO) natural rubber, and (S3) mixing the RGO natural rubber with solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and additive.
