NOVELTY - Anti-aging wear resistance water proof paint comprises e.g. 20-45 pts. wt. organosilicone resin emulsion, 3-8 pts. wt. organosilicone waterproof agent, 2-7 pts. wt. graphene prefabricated dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. emulsion type defoaming agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 2-3 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 6-9 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-2 pts. wt. diphenylethyl phenol ethoxylate, 4-6 pts. wt. sulfur, and 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant 5040. The graphene prefabricated dispersion comprises e.g. graphite powder, silane coupling agent KH-550, and anhydrous alcohol. USE - Used as anti-aging wear resistance water proof paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has weather resistance, anti-ultraviolet and hydrophobic character, good waterproof effect, has excellent wear-resisting and anti-aging performance and good decorative effect, and is suitable for decorative effect with high waterproof requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-aging wear resistance water proof paint comprises 20-45 pts. wt. organosilicone resin emulsion, 3-8 pts. wt. organosilicone waterproof agent, 2-7 pts. wt. graphene prefabricated dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. emulsion type defoaming agent, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 2-3 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 6-9 pts. wt. talc powder, 1-2 pts. wt. diphenylethyl phenol ethoxylate, 4-6 pts. wt. sulfur, 9-13 pts. wt. magnesium sand stone, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant 5040, and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant 264. The graphene prefabricated dispersion comprises 10-15 pts. wt. graphite powder, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-550, 20-40 pts. wt. anhydrous alcohol, 2-4 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 5-8 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide and 80-120 pts. wt. distilled water. The preparation of graphene prefabricated dispersion comprises using Hummers method for preparing graphite powder into graphite oxide, dispersing graphite oxide in distilled water, peeling off, ultrasonically vibrating for 30-40 minutes, after ultrasonication, at 2500-2600 rotations/minute, centrifuging for 25-35 minutes, taking the supernatant, edge boundary stirring slowly, adding silane couple agent KH-550, alcohol solution, continuing to react for 1-2 hours, again adding hydrazine hydrate at below 95-100 degrees C, reacting for 2-3 hours, washing with anhydrous ethyl alcohol and distilled water to obtain the product, again ultrasonically dispersing product in N,N-dimethylformamide and distilled water mixed solution according to ratio of 9:1 to obtain prefabricated graphene dispersion. The emulsion type defoaming agent comprises 1-2 pts. wt. 3-iodo-2-propynyl butyl carbamate, 10-15 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. sorbitan monooleate, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-2 pts. wt. aniline triethyl trimethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinyl ether, 3-5 pts. wt. hydrophobic silicon dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. cuprous oxide, and 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. calcium ricinoleate. The preparation of emulsion type defoaming agent comprises (i) mixing aniline triethyl trimethoxysilane and hydrophobic silicon dioxide, adding polysiloxane, heating and reacting for 1-2 hours at 120-150 degrees C under stirring condition, after reaction, reducing temperature to room temperature, (ii) taking sorbitan monooleate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, mixing uniformly, heating to 40-60 degrees C, adding into product of step (i), high speed stirring again, adding the remaining component other than the remaining deionized water after 20-40 minutes, controlling temperature at 70-80 degrees C, and stirring, and (iii) adding deionized water slowly, adding in step (ii) product, stirring and naturally cooling, when temperature is reduced to room temperature, stopping stirring, adding the material in a colloid mill for 2-3 times to obtain emulsion type de-foaming agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing wear-resistant scrub resistance waterproof paint comprising (i) adding organosilicone resin emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion into the reaction kettle, starting the machine to rotate at 500 rotations/minute speed, adding organosilicone waterproof agent, dispersing for 5-6 minutes, adding prefabricated graphene dispersion, continuing to stir for 5-7 minutes, (ii) taking 50-60% emulsion type defoaming agent and adding into step (i) obtained material, stirring and dispersing for 5-7 minutes, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, dispersing for 8-10 minutes to complete dissolution until there is no particle, at this time, increasing rotational speed to 800 rotations/minute, adding magnesium stone sand, talc powder, chlorinated paraffin and dispersing agent 5040, dispersing and stirring for 15-20 minutes, and (iii) taking emulsion type defoaming agent remaining quantity and adding into step (ii) obtained product, adding the remaining component and dispersing for 5-10 minutes, passing through colloid mill for high speed grinding and filtering to obtain the product.
