▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing a metal or soft base plate (10), and forming one electric conduction macromolecule layer (12) on the base plate. An electrically conductive graphene thin film (14) is formed on the electric conduction macromolecule layer by electrophoresis deposition process of electrophoresis suspending liquid. The suspending liquid is comprised of 250 to 750 ppm of graphene dispersion liquid and electrolyte. The electrolyte is comprised of 26 mg of polyethylene pyrrolidone and 26 mg of saltpetre acid magnesium aquo-complex or 250 mg of copper vitriol aquocomplex. USE - Manufacturing method of high-conductive substrate. ADVANTAGE - The manufacturing method is simple in operation, low in cost, high in economic value and wide in application range.
