NOVELTY - Dielectric material comprises graphene and room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber in a weight ratio of 2:100. USE - Dielectric material used for preparing automobile capacitor, aerospace capacitor and electronic capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dielectric material has controllable cell morphology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing dielectric material, which involves: (A) weighing and adding portion of graphene powder into sufficient amount of absolute ethanol under ultrasonic disperser to obtain a dispersed solution; (B) vacuum drying the mixed solution after removing supernatant; (C) adding component to the dispersion containing a small amount of ethanol; (D) rapidly stirring the solution for 10 minutes in a rotation and revolution mixer to obtain a solution of graphene and component B; (E) adding component A to the obtained solution by use a precision electric stirrer; (F) pouring the nano-composite material into the mold for curing in a vacuum drying oven; (G) slicing and sampling the obtained cured columnar composite material with a utility knife; and (H) adding copper electrodes to both ends of the round sheet to control the size of the copper sheet.
