NOVELTY - Nano-grade ultra-dispersed environment-friendly flame retardant, low smoke and high impact polystyrene resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. high impact polystyrene resin, 5-15 pts. wt. macromolecule phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant, 5-10 pts. wt. super-dispersive high molecular functional nanometre smoke inhibitor, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. stabilizing agent and 0.1=0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the super-dispersed high molecular functionalized nano smoke inhibitor is nano smoke inhibitor as core, core-shell structure material taking segmented copolymer of poly-conjugated diene and aryl ethylene as shell. USE - Nano-grade ultra-dispersed environment-friendly flame retardant, low smoke and high impact polystyrene resin composition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The structural of the high molecular phosphorus-oxygen flame retardant is of formula (I). (CN113583374A-001.skc), where R is alkyl of 1-8C, PS is homopolymer of styrene, BR is a homopolymer of 1, 3-butadiene, m, n, h and L are repeating unit number. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano-grade ultra-dispersed environment-friendly flame retardant, low smoke and high impact polystyrene resin composition, which involves adding 200-300 pts. wt. solvent, 70-80 pts. wt. allyl phosphate diester, 20-30 pts. wt. vinyl amide, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. molecular weight regulator into the polymerization kettle after replacing the inert gas, stirring and mixing, heating, when the temperature of the polymerization kettle reaches 60-70?oC, adding 0.05- 0.5 pts. wt. initiator a, reacting for 5.0-7.0hr, then adding 1, 3-butadiene into the polymerization kettle for end capping, reacting for 50-70 min until there is no free monomer, washing and drying to obtain macromolecular phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant with reaction activity, adding 200-300 pts. wt. solvent, 100 pts. wt. macromolecular phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. structure regulator, initiator b, raising the temperature to 60-70?oC in the polymerization kettle after replacing the inert gas, after reacting for 50-80min, forming macromolecule phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant containing (-BR-) n homopolymer segment; then orderly adding 20-30 pts. wt. of styrene, 0.05- 0.2 pts. wt. structure regulator, raising the temperature to 70-80?oC, reacting for 70-90min, adding 1.0-5.0 pts. wt. termination agent, finally discharging and washing, drying to obtain the high molecular phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant.
