NOVELTY - Preparing high-flux dye separation nano-filtration membrane involves dispersing the inorganic nano-particles and polymer in water, adding carbodiimide and succinimide, reacting to obtain polymer modified inorganic nano-particle solution, pouring the obtained polymer modified inorganic nano-particle solution on the surface of the micro-filter film, filtering to obtain the base film, soaking the obtained base film into oil phase solution to react, carrying out heat treatment to obtain high-fluxdye separation nano-filtration membrane. USE - Method for preparing high-flux dye separation nano-filtration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method has high water flux and high dye retention rate, the water flux of the nanofiltration membrane reaches 66Lm2h-1bar-1, and the dye retention rate reaches 99.90%.
