NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing a composite material with antimicrobial properties based on graphene oxide and copper oxide nanoparticles and can find application mainly in the field of nanobiotechnologies and nanomedicine for making preparations suppressing vital activity of pathogenic microorganisms. Invention relates to a method of producing a composite material with antimicrobial properties based on graphene oxide and copper oxide nanoparticles by mixing copper oxide with graphene oxide nanoparticles, according to the invention, copper oxide powder is initially ground in grinding drums of planetary mill filled with grinding balls at temperature of 4080C for 1 to 3hours, thereafter, obtained nanodispersed copper oxide is added in amount of 2040wt% of weight of copper oxide graphene oxide and synthesis of composite material is carried out in grinding drums at temperature of 6080C for 46hours. Synthesis of composite material is carried out at low rotation frequency by 2030%. For use, obtained composite material is diluted with water with concentration of composite material in solution from 0.02 to 0.5wt%. USE - Manufacturing technology. ADVANTAGE - Simple design, nanocomposite stability, antimicrobial activity. 1 cl, 5 dwg, 2 tbl, 4 ex
