NOVELTY - Production of terahertz material involves mixing graphene powder and carbon nanotube powder to obtain a mixed powder, adding ultrapure water, mixing, adding surfactant into the solution, ultrasonically-washing, centrifuging, adding resin, stirring for 3-5 minutes, coating resin-containing carbon nanotubes and graphene paste on substrate and sintering in hot box. USE - Production of terahertz material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of terahertz material with high absorption rate and excellent heat dissipation performance.
