NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/pure graphene/polyaniline ternary composite involves preparing pure graphene dispersion, using liquid phase stripping method, directly mixing graphene oxide dispersion and pure graphene dispersion, forming graphene oxide/pure graphene mixed dispersion, adding aniline monomer solution containing hydrochloric acid to the mixed dispersion of graphene oxide/graphene, adding ammonium sulfate solution, stirring for more than 8 hours, vacuum filtering, washing and ultrasonically processing the mixed solution. USE - Graphene oxide/pure graphene/polyaniline ternary composite used for manufacturing capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/pure graphene/polyaniline ternary composite ensures uniform dispersion of polyaniline nano particles between the two kinds of graphene sheets. The capacitor assembled by the composite ensures superior specific capacitance value and higher cycle performance.
