▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The flexible humidity electronic sensor has a flexible substrate (1), where the flexible substrate is provided with a graphene layer, and the graphene layer is electrically contacted with a first electrode (31) and a second electrode (32) respectively. A solid electrolyte layer (4) is arranged on the graphene layer, and the solid electrolyte layer is in electrical contact with the first electrode, the second electrode, and a third electrode (33). The first electrode and second electrode are in contact with an edge of the graphene layer. The first electrode, the second electrode, and the third electrode are made of one of titanium, chromium, gold, or a combination of all. The solid electrolyte layer is an electrolyte membrane made of polyvinyl alcohol-phosphoric acid. USE - Flexible humidity electronic sensor. ADVANTAGE - The occupied space and size under the condition of detecting the sensing area is reduced, so that the application range of the humidity electronic sensor is improved and more convenient to be applied to the wearable device.
