NOVELTY - Cathode pole piece comprises current collector (101), and negative electrode frame on the current collector, where the negative electrode framework comprises at least first cathode electrode framework layer (102) and second cathode electrode framework layer (103). The first cathode electrode framework layer is located between the current collector and the second cathode electrode framework layer, and the porosity of the first cathode electrode framework layer is greater than the porosity of the second cathode electrode framework layer. The first cathode electrode framework layer and the second cathode electrode framework layer each independently comprise polymer material, carbon material, metal material and/or inorganic material. The carbon material comprises porous carbon, carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers, graphene and its derivatives, and/or hollow carbon spheres. The metal material comprises copper, nickel, chromium, titanium, tungsten, zirconium, and/or its alloy. USE - The cathode pole piece is useful in electrochemical device for electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode pole piece reduces the side reaction between the lithium metal and the electrolyte, inhibits the formation of lithium dendrite and greatly relieve or even eliminate the violent expansion and contraction of the cathode pole piece volume caused by the embedding and stripping of lithium ion, so as to enhance the safety and stability of the electrochemical device.
