NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen doped graphene-cadmium thioindate nano composite material involves adding oxidized graphite and urea with reduced desulfurized solvent and then subjecting the obtained material to perform hydrothermal reaction. The reacted material is filtered and then the filtered material is washed with deionized water and dried under vacuum to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene. The obtained product is subjected for ultrasonic dispersing with desulfurized solvent and then the obtained material is stirred with cadmium sulfate and indium chloride. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen doped graphene-cadmium thioindate nano composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nitrogen doped graphene-cadmium thioindate nano composite material involves adding oxidized graphite and urea with reduced desulfurized solvent and then subjecting the obtained material to perform hydrothermal reaction. The stirred material is added with sulfacetamide and then the obtained material is stirred. The stirred material is subjected to perform hydrothermal reaction in hydrothermal reaction vessel. The reacted material is filtered and then the filtered material is washed with deionized water and dried to obtain the desired product.
