USE - Antistatic polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The economical antistatic polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material has antibacterial properties, excellent bonding performance, high toughness and high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antistatic polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material, which involves (S1) weighing each raw material, (S2) placing polycarbonate waste material and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene waste material in crusher, crushing evenly, drying, putting in high-speed mixer, (S3) drying organic fiber, carbon fiber, thermoplastic elastomer, porous graphene, nano cerium oxide powder, compatibilizer, silane coupling agent, toughener, enhancer, dispersant, antistatic agent, gas absorbent, flame retardant and nano filler, putting in high-speed mixer, stirring for 10-15 minutes, leaving still, (S4) placing obtained mixture in a twin-screw extruder, melt-blending, extruding, controlling the temperature of each section of twin-screw extruder at 180-240 degrees C for 3-4 minutes and granulating.
