NOVELTY - Manufacture of grid involves mixing microcrystalline graphene with glass-ceramic or bismuth tungstate-modified components to obtain microcrystalline graphene hybrid microcrystalline glass micropowder or microcrystalline graphene hybrid bismuth tungstate-modified component, adding polyethylene-polypropylene resin, mixing by tri-screw method to obtain microcrystalline graphene-modified microcrystalline glass micropowder or highly-plasticized mixture of microcrystalline graphene hybrid bismuth tungstate-modified component and polyethylene-polypropylene resin, extruding highly-plasticized mixture, directly blowing into film filled with high-filled microcrystalline graphene-modified microcrystalline glass micropowder or microcrystalline graphene hybrid bismuth tungstate-modified component and subjecting film to ultrasonic embossing. USE - Manufacture of grid for treating black odorous water bodies. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly manufacture of grid.
