▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A binder composition comprises at least one fluoropolymer comprising the residue of vinylidene fluoride, and a solvent system comprising a trialkyl phosphate, and a cosolvent comprising a lactone, and/or a molecule comprising a sulfoxide and/or sulfone functional group. The trialkyl phosphate and cosolvent together comprises at least 50 wt.% of the solvent system. USE - Binder composition is used in slurry composition used for forming films for electrodes used in electrical storage device comprising cell, battery pack, secondary battery, capacitor, or supercapacitor (all claimed). The films can also be used for artificial leather, polymer suede, polymer fibers, coatings, membranes, dental applications, piezoelectric films, electronic circuits, and protection of electrical cables. ADVANTAGE - The binder composition has excellent room temperature stability and clear appearance, and provides battery having excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: lurry composition, which comprises the binder composition, and an electrochemically active material; electrode, which comprises an electrical current collector and a film on the electrical current collector. The film comprises a binder formed from the binder composition, optionally further residual solvent comprising the solvent system, and an electrochemically active material; and electrical storage device, which comprises the electrode, a counter electrode, and an electrolyte.
