NOVELTY - Preparing implantable capacitive ion diode comprises preparing molybdenum trioxide base working electrode and porous carbon base counter electrode, preparing electrolyte, and storing anion and cation of electrolyte in molybdenum trioxide, assembling molybdenum trioxide-based working electrode and the porous carbon-based pair electrode, and placing in electrolyte, and then packaging by using biocompatible material to obtain the implantable capacitive ion diode. The conductive agent comprises conductive carbon black, Ketjen black(Electro-conductive carbon black), acetylene black, carbon nano tube, graphene nano sheet, the agglomerant comprises polytetrafluoroethylene, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyacrylic acid, polyethylene oxide, sodium alginate and bacterial cellulose, the dispersant is deionized water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, propylene carbonate and N-methyl pyrrolidone. USE - The implantable capacitive ion diode is useful in logic operation circuit (claimed), and in electrochemical energy storage field and emerging ion/electronic coupling, and network interaction technical field. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides a capacitor type ion diode with excellent rectification characteristics and good biocompatibility, thus the problem that the current capacitive ion diode rectification ratio is not high, poor stability, high manufacturing cost and poor bio-conductivity; ensures high electrochemical activity and good biological compatibility; and utilizes in logic operation circuit built by the diode that can efficiently and stably work in the future living diagnosis and treatment and human-computer interface.
