▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aluminum sulfate block is added to graphite oxide in a mass ratio of 1.12-2.51:1, and ball-milled for 5-10 hours. The stoichiometric excess of 30-100 %mass ammonium hydroxide having concentration of 5-10% is added, precipitated, and stirred for 1-4 hours. The resulting mixture is allowed to stand for 24 hours, filtered, filtrate is collected, washed and dried, to obtain graphene oxide/aluminum hydroxide composite. The graphene oxide/aluminum hydroxide composite is calcined in protective gas atmosphere, cooled, and ground, to obtain graphene/nanoaluminum oxide composite. USE - Preparation of graphene/nanoaluminum oxide composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method feasibly and economically provides graphene/nanoaluminum oxide composite having high conductivity, by a simple process.
