NOVELTY - Multifunctional graphene modified non-woven fabric comprises reduced graphene oxide, nano-carbon black and polypropylene, and nano-carbon black is attached to both sides of reduced graphene oxide. The nano carbon black comprises high DBP value nano carbon black and low DBP value nano carbon black, and low DBP value nano carbon black is added in amount of 4-7 times (mass ratio) of high DBP value nano carbon black. The ratio of nano carbon black and reduced graphene oxide is 10:0.4-2.4. The total mass fraction of nano carbon black and reduced graphene oxide in tire surface rubber is 1-5%. The DBP value of high DBP value nano carbon black is 360-400, and DBP value of low DBP value nano carbon black is 200-280. USE - Multifunctional graphene modified non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional graphene modified non-woven fabric has excellent electrical conductivity, improves antistatic properties of non-woven fabrics, far-infrared emission, anti-ultraviolet, antibacterial and anti-mite effects of polypropylene non-woven fabrics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing multifunctional graphene modified non-woven fabric, which involves: (A) mixing low DBP value nano carbon black and high DBP value nano carbon black in ratio of 4-7:1; (B) adding 10 pts. wt. mixed carbon black obtained to 50 pts. wt. aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, dispersing by emulsifier homogenizer, mass concentration of aqueous graphene oxide dispersion is 1-6%, placing dispersion obtained in hydrothermal reaction vessel, and reacting at 180 degrees C for 2 hours, after cooling to room temperature, reactant is taking out and drying to obtain graphene-based composite additive, pre-mixing graphene-based composite additive obtained with polypropylene chip; and (C) preparing graphene-modified nonwoven fabric through melt-blown device, mass ratio of the graphene-based composite additive to polypropylene is 1-5:100.
