▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High-strength, lightweight composite material containing graphene comprises 60-80 pts. wt. synthetic resin, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. modified glass bubbles and 1-10 pts. wt. talc powder. The modified glass bubbles have average particle diameter of 5 μ m and are treated with acid solution in which ammonium salt is added to hydrogen fluoride and surface treated by atmospheric plasma treatment. The graphene is spherical graphene powder having specific surface area of 1500 m2/g and particle size of 50-170 nm, including surface treatment by plasma treatment. USE - Used as composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high-strength, is lightweight, improves thermal conductivity and improves compatibility between synthetic resin, glass bubble and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing high-strength lightweight composite material containing graphene comprising (a) dispersing graphene oxide in a solvent, (b) injecting reducing agent into dispersion of graphene oxide and subjecting dispersion to heat reduction to obtain reduced graphene, (c) surface treatmenting of the reduced graphene by plasma treatment, (d) crushing glass bubbles to average particle diameter of ≤ 15 μ m, (e) subjecting glass bubbles to surface treatment to obtain modified glass bubbles, (f) blending composite material composition by mixing and stirring 60-80 pts. wt. synthetic resin, 0.1 pts. wt. reduced graphene and 5 pts. wt. talc powder, (g) adding 3 pts. wt. modified glass bubbles to composite material composition, (h) extruding composite material composition to which modified glass bubbles are added with extruder and (i) supplying extruded extrudate to molding machine to prepare composite material. The surface treatment in the step of obtaining modified glass bubbles is treated with acid solution in which ammonium salt is added to hydrogen fluoride and subjected to atmospheric pressure plasma treatment.
