▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Operating a light control phototransistor device as an artificial photonic synapse, comprises: applying a first fixed voltage to a gate of a phototransistor and a second fixed voltage across a graphene source-drain channel comprising a perovskite quantum dot layer formed thereon, where the perovskite quantum dot layer is a methylammonium lead bromide material; applying a presynaptic signal as stimuli across the graphene source-drain channel, where the presynaptic signal comprises at least one pulse of light or electrical voltage; and measuring a current across the graphene source-drain channel to represent a postsynaptic signal. USE - The method is useful for operating a light control phototransistor device as an artificial photonic synapse. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (A) a phototransistor device to act as an artificial photonic synapse; and (B) forming the phototransistor device.
