NOVELTY - Preparing environmentally-friendly anti-wear lubricant oil comprises (i) adding 10-15 pts. wt. graphene into ethanol solution of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide with volume fraction of 3-6 times the volume and the mass fraction is 4-6%, performing ultrasonic dispersion at 45-48 KHz for 20-30 minutes, filtering, drying the resultant at 50-54 degrees C for 8-10 hours, joining the planetary high-energy ball mill, ball milling at 460-480 revolutions/minute for 2-3 hours, adding into roaster, and roasting at 200-210 degrees C for 2-3 hours; and (ii) adding 10-15 pts. wt. graphene into absolute ethanol, dispersing at 150-200 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes, adding 5-10 pts. wt. ammonium octamolybdate and 4-6 pts. wt. ferrous sulfate, dispersing for 5-10 minutes, heating to 35-40 degrees C, adding 4-5 pts. wt. 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole, dispersing for 5-8 minutes, transferring into the reactor, reacting at 162-167 degrees C for 13-14 hours, cooling, centrifuging, filtering, washing, and drying at 50-52 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing environmentally-friendly anti-wear lubricant oil. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the adsorption capacity of graphene to metals by strong polarity of amino group and enhances the anti-wear and anti-friction properties of lubricating oil. The wear lubricant oil has strong wear resistance, and improves the extreme pressure performance of lubricating oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing environmentally-friendly anti-wear lubricant oil comprises (i) adding 10-15 pts. wt. graphene into ethanol solution of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide with volume fraction of 3-6 times the volume and the mass fraction is 4-6%, performing ultrasonic dispersion at 45-48 KHz for 20-30 minutes, filtering, drying the resultant at 50-54 degrees C for 8-10 hours, joining the planetary high-energy ball mill, ball milling at 460-480 revolutions/minute for 2-3 hours, adding into roaster, and roasting at 200-210 degrees C for 2-3 hours; (ii) adding 10-15 pts. wt. graphene into absolute ethanol, dispersing at 150-200 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes, adding 5-10 pts. wt. ammonium octamolybdate and 4-6 pts. wt. ferrous sulfate, dispersing for 5-10 minutes, heating to 35-40 degrees C, adding 4-5 pts. wt. 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole, dispersing for 5-8 minutes, transferring into the reactor, reacting at 162-167 degrees C for 13-14 hours, cooling, centrifuging, filtering, washing, and drying at 50-52 degrees C to obtain multi-molybdenum graphene-based composite; (iii) modifying 10-15 pts. wt. multi-molybdenum graphene-based composite obtained in step (ii), and obtaining modified multi-molybdenum graphene-based composite; and (iv) adding 15-20 pts. wt. castor oil into toluene 2-3 times its volume, stirring at 50-55 degrees C and 150-200 revolutions/minute for 5-7 minutes, stirring, adding 10-20 pts. wt. methanol solution of potassium hydroxide with mass fraction of 2-3%, reacting for 2-3 hours, cooling, washing the product 3-5 times with deionized water, and removing water to dry, adding 10-15 pts. wt. product of step (iii), 30-50 pts. wt. non-modified castor oil, 20-30 pts. wt. cottonseed oil, 4-6 pts. wt. citric acid ester and 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid and stirring uniformly.
