NOVELTY - Preparing three dimensional (3D) nitrogen-doped graphene/self-assembled composite material comprises e.g. adding 20-25 mg graphene oxide, dispersing in 40-45 ml water to obtain homogeneous graphene suspension, adding homogeneous graphene suspension with 2-3 mg pyrrole monomer, carrying out ultrasonic dispersing, maintaining environment temperature at 180-185 degrees C and keeping the temperature for 12-13 hours, naturally cooling to the room temperature to obtain the gel, freezing and drying, maintaining temperature at 800-805 degrees C and environment of argon atmosphere, calcining for 3.5-4 hours to obtain the 3D nitrogen-doped graphene, according to the mol ratio of 25: 1-1.2, taking sodium hydroxide and beta -cyclodextrin, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain mixing solution, adding 60-61 ml copper (II) sulfate pentahydrate solution concentration of 0.04 M 40-41 ml mixed solution. USE - The 3D nitrogen-doped graphene/self-assembled polysaccharide composite material is used for an electrochemical sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has better electron transport properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three dimensional (3D) nitrogen-doped graphene/self-assembled composite material comprises (1) adding 20-25 mg graphene oxide, dispersing in 40-45 ml water to obtain homogeneous graphene suspension, adding homogeneous graphene suspension with 2-3 mg pyrrole monomer, carrying out ultrasonic dispersing, maintaining environment temperature at 180-185 degrees C and keeping the temperature for 12-13 hours, naturally cooling to the room temperature to obtain the gel, freezing and drying, maintaining temperature at 800-805 degrees C and environment of argon atmosphere, calcining for 3.5-4 hours to obtain the 3D nitrogen-doped graphene, (2) according to the mol ratio of 25: 1-1.2, taking sodium hydroxide and beta -cyclodextrin, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain mixing solution, adding 60-61 ml copper (II) sulfate pentahydrate solution concentration of 0.04 M 40-41 ml mixed solution, stirring vigorously at room temperature for 10-12 hours, filtering, adding 400-405 ml ethanol, allowing to stand for 10-12 hours, centrifuging to obtain copper- beta -cyclodextrin (Cu- beta -CD), using ethanol and distilled water to wash, drying, adding 60-62 ml mass volume 4 mg/ml concentration sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution with Cu- beta -CD in water, mixing and ultrasonic processing for 30-35 minutes, stirring vigorously for 10-12 hours, filtering, vacuum drying to obtain the Cu2 + complex beta - cyclodextrin self-assembling cellulose composite material, (3) mixing Cu2 + complex beta -cyclodextrin from powder and de-ionized water combined cellulose composite material mixing, solution to obtain saturated uniformly, (1) adding 3D nitrogen-doped graphene prepared by the ultrasonic treatment for 1-1.5 hours, centrifuging and washing to obtain the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for 3D nitrogen-doped graphene/self-assembled polysaccharide composite materials.
