NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium-ion battery involves washing surface of an aluminum foil with an oxalic acid solution, drying, processing with a potassium permanganate solution, drying, obtaining a pre-treated positive electrode current collector, washing a surface of a copper foil with a citric acid solution, drying, obtaining a pre-treated negative electrode current collector, applying a graphene-cyclodextrin-crosslinked polymer slurry to positive electrode current collector, drying, coating a positive electrode material slurry on resultant surface, obtaining positive electrode having a double-coated surface density of 75-85 mg/cm2, drying, rolling, coating a negative electrode slurry on the negative electrode current collector, drying, rolling, and assembling the battery using the negative electrode, the positive electrode, an electrolyte solution and a separator. USE - Preparation of lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of lithium-ion battery having improved safety characteristics and high energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The positive electrode slurry comprises an active material comprising 10-30 %mass lithium cobaltate, 10-30 %mass lithium nickelate and 50-70 %mass lithium-iron-manganese phosphate of formula: LiMnxFe1-xPO4 (I), where x is 0.5-1. The graphene-cyclodextrin-crosslinked polymer slurry is obtained by dissolving or dispersing graphene and cyclodextrin-crosslinked polymer in a solvent, and has viscosity of 50-500 mPa.second.
