NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene with three-dimensional co-doping of biomass, involves placing clean quartz tube in tube furnace, heating the furnace, adding selected biomass and chemical reagents in a ratio of 1:5-1:100 into the mixture, further adding inert gas into the mixture, maintaining the mixture for 30 minutes, heating the quartz tube for 1-5 hours, cooling the tube, performing ultrasonic dispersion of the mixture for 1-5 hours, and performing centrifugal separation of the mixture. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene with three-dimensional co-doping of biomass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is cost-effective and environmentally-friendly, and increases yield.
