NOVELTY - Puncture resistant aluminum-plastic composite membrane comprises seven-layer structures, comprising protective layer, first adhesive layer, aluminum foil layer, second adhesive layer, graphene isolation layer, third adhesive layer and heat seal layer from top to bottom and curing an acrylate-modified polyurethane adhesive to form first adhesive layer, second adhesive layer and third adhesive layer. USE - The puncture resistant aluminum-plastic composite membrane is useful for flexible packaging of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The puncture resistant aluminum-plastic composite membrane improves the puncture resistance of the prepared aluminum-plastic composite film by the arrangement of the graphene isolation layer and prevents burrs from puncturing the heat seal layer during battery cell packaging. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the puncture resistant aluminum-plastic composite membrane useful for flexible packaging of lithium ion battery.
