NOVELTY - Improvement of biological function of medical metal parts comprises melting silver under protection of inert gas, colliding and combining porous ceramic microspheres under the action of high-pressure gas flow, distributing silver on the micropores and surfaces of the porous ceramic microspheres, and spraying to obtain microsphere; and dispersing with graphene to form composite powder, depositing electrostatic dry powder coating on surface of the medical metallic piece, high-speed scanning micro-welding of laser, and welding deposited composite microspheres and graphene on surface of the metal material. USE - Method for improving biological function of medical metal parts used for implantable medical materials, particularly bone fixation and dental correction. ADVANTAGE - The medical metal parts have excellent antibacterial property, biocompatibility, and corrosion resistance.
