▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene, involves (a) annealing pure copper sheet and carrying out surface treatment on the annealed pure copper sheet to remove impurities on the surface of the pure copper sheet, (b) placing graphite paper with thickness less than or equal to 0.5 mm and (002) texture between two pure copper sheets at room temperature, when the pure copper sheet clamps the graphite paper, and starting rolling, (c) rolling for 5-30 passes, taking out the pure copper sheet and the graphite paper and cutting into small samples together, and placing the small sample between two annealed pure copper sheets and continuously rolling, and (d) repeating the step (c) until the cumulative stacking pass of graphite paper is more than 100 times, and graphene with the number of layers of less than or equal to 4. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate, economical and environmentally-friendly, and produces single-layer graphene. The composite material has excellent strong plasticity, strength and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing in-situ graphene reinforced copper-based composite material, involving (i) performing the above-mentioned step (a)-(d), and (ii) placing the obtained sample in a horse-boiler at 500-700 degrees C for heat preservation and performing one-pass hot rolling.
