NOVELTY - Lithium ion battery cathode flexible composite nanofiber material comprises skin layer (1) and core layer (2). The skin layer is coated on outer surface of core layer (2), and it comprises carbon and graphene. The core layer is hollow layer provided with hollow nano-sphere particles (3) made of tin. USE - Flexible composite nanofiber material used for lithium ion battery cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high conductivity, large capacity, and good circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lithium ion battery cathode flexible composite nanofiber material comprising dispersing graphene and polyacrylonitrile in N,N-dimethylformamide or N,N-dimethylacetamide solution to obtain cortical electrospinning solution, dispersing polyvinylpyrrolidone and nickel salt in N,N-dimethylformamide or N,N-dimethylacetamide solution to obtain core electrospinning solution, subjecting cortical electrospinning solution and core electrospinning solution to coaxial electrospinning to obtain nanofiber membrane, heating membrane in tube furnace to 250-280 degrees C at 1-2 degrees C/ minute rate for 1-3 hours, heating further to 600-800 degrees C at 5-10 degrees C/minute rate for 1-4 hours to obtain core-shell structure of carbon, graphene, nickel composite nanofibers, and adding core-shell structure in 20-100 mmol/L tin salt solution at 25-90 degrees C for 2-12 hours.
