▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Multi-channel array device (100) comprises a graphene composite electrode (111) contacts a cerebral cortex surface to measure a signal generated in a brain or transmit an external stimulus to the brain. A connection part (120) is made of a gold electrode (121) electrically connected to the graphene composite electrode to transmit an electrical signal. A communication pad (130) is connected to the gold electrode and connected to a circuit board for measurement and stimulation outside the brain. The graphene composite electrode is inserted into the brain consisting of a first carbon structure, a metal layer, and a second carbon structure. USE - Used as multi-channel array device using graphene composite electrode for brain insertion. ADVANTAGE - The device has excellent flexibility and mechanical properties, and can be injected only by opening a very narrow skull area, making it a low-noise brain signal measurement and electrical stimulation device, electrochemical impedance by thinly depositing gold between graphene, and at the same time shows a high transmittance, and has an excellent effect on long-term stability in vivo. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the multi-channel array device using graphene composite electrode for brain insertion. 100Multi-channel array device 111Graphene composite electrode 120Connection part 121Gold electrode 130Communication pad
